On 6–8 December 2025, the second edition of ILSMUN 2025 – International Lower Silesian Model United Nations took place in Wrocław. As in the previous year, the event was partly hosted within the walls of our school. For two days of debates, IHSW served as a host venue for the conference.

Students of DP1 at the International High School in Wrocław, together with MYP students from Wrocław International School, participated in the conference as English-speaking delegates.

ILSMUN is an international simulation of United Nations proceedings, conducted in English, in which young people represent different countries and jointly debate the key challenges of the contemporary world.

During the opening ceremony, the participants were welcomed by the Ambassador of Switzerland, who joined us online and addressed the delegates with a few words.

The main theme of the 2025 debates was “Connecting the world beyond divisions through innovation and diplomacy.”

The conference provided an opportunity to develop diplomatic skills, critical thinking, and international cooperation. These were days of intensive debates and inspiring meetings of young leaders from different countries.

We are pleased that our school has become firmly associated with ILSMUN and that our students can fully benefit from the project, developing both their diplomatic and social competencies.
