Students from the International High School of Wroclaw have returned from Hjørring, Denmark, where they took part in a remarkable exchange program with students from Thule – Hjørring Gymnasium. It was an intense and inspiring experience, full of new opportunities, challenges, and the building of lasting international connections.
During their stay in Denmark, students:
- attended joint lessons with Danish peers, gaining insight into different education systems,
- worked on international projects combining learning and art,
- developed their English skills through daily communication in real-life situations,
- explored Danish culture and the everyday life of their peers.
There was also time for integration and shared experiences, including:
- making music together,
- social activities, dancing, and building international friendships,
- trips to Skagen and Aalborg, where students discovered some of Denmark’s most beautiful places.
This exchange is a great reminder that learning goes far beyond the classroom, and that English is a powerful tool for global communication.
And this is only the beginning! This autumn, we will be delighted to welcome our Danish partners in Wrocław
